All clothing must abide by Nevada's state laws. Indecent exposure is defined as
"exposing one's genitalia or anus" in
public or in a private place open to public view. Under NRS 201.220, a first offense
violation is a gross misdemeanor
punishable by up to 364 days in jail and up to $2,000 in fines.
In other words, feel free to wear whatever you like, as long as your breasts,
genitalia,
and anus ARE covered. All
attendees are subject to our staff's judgement with discretion. You will be asked to
change your clothes if staff deems
your outfit excessively obscene and/or offensive. Refusal to change clothes will
lead to
badge removal.
For the consideration of guests outside of our convention, Please wear a jacket or
additional layer to cover up if you
WILL BE wearing A minimal outfit outside OF THE CONVENTION.
Minimal outfits will not be met with any form of scrutiny inside OUR CONVENTION
SPACE.
